I purchased the Lenovo laptop on Dec 2011 From Reliance Digital Korum Mall thane-W with 1 year Company warranty
& extra 2 year warranty (till Dec 2014) by paying Extra Money.
3 months back There was some issue in my Operating System, So i gave it to Reliance ResQ Thane, As It is in warranty, They took it for around 1.5 months to repair it & also they ended with Hard Disk, Mother Board & Keyboard Issue which i was not having since last 2 years. They Replaced/ repaired the original parts without my permission.
They gave me my laptop after 1.5 months, After Receiving my laptop, when i connect the charge there was current passing through my laptop, The back cover clip is opened in just two days & moreover the operating system which they installed is not proper, not a single driver is installed in it.
So i went to shop again, They send me to Reliance ResQ main branch at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, There they are not agreed to take it, They told me to go to Thane Reliance ResQ @ korum mall.
After this I wrote mail to the concurn person, check the attached mail

Hello,
I purchased Lenovo Laptop from your shop in Dec 2011 with extended warranty of 2 Years, Check the attached Invoice.
Given it for the operating system problem 2 months back in Reliance Digital Thane ( Korum Mall).
You service center kept the laptop for around 1.5 months for simple Installation of Operating System, & landed up with mother board, Key bored & hard Disk problem.
The CD of windows backup which I had at the time of Purchase was not proper, if it was proper, I didn’t gave it to u…..for such mess.
Now after 1.5 month u gave me My laptop with lot of problems………….Like, Pirated Operating System which is not Running properly, The bottom case of laptop Opened, Current passing In all metal parts of laptop, it gets vibrate while charging.
So I went again To Reliance Resq At Korum Mall Thane, The Said “Go to Vashi ResQ care, They will give your Laptop early.”
Yesterday, I went to Vashi Reliance ResQ Care, They told me that, they do not repair it, you go to Lenovo Service Center & from there only, you put the proper operating system……………..
Is this the way Reliance ResQ gives extended warranty by taking extra money from customer?
Finally I landed up including these entire trauma to unavailability of the service from your end, complete devastating of my operating laptop and all my official and personal database damage and economical loss also.
If I took extended warranty of 2years by paying extra money, Why Should I go to Lenovo Service Centre & I will pay them for repair. ………………
Why you gave warranty, I[censored] r not able to solve the problems………….
All these put together, I am being victimized of your poor service and cheating customer over last two months, that to brand likes RELIANCE. ……………… I have been cheated royally by RESQ
Kindly want you to give the solution in terms of complete good operating system/laptop without any problem, Otherwise I will not hesitate to escalate the matter in the Consumer court.)...
Still they refused to take the laptop, though it is in warranty. So who will be responsible for it, For what reason they took extra money for extended warranty.
