Dear Sir/Madam, This mail is to report the harassment made by reliance communications to their privileged customer. I was a reliance customer since many years. I had a reliance postpaid mobile no. [protected] and a reliance NetConnect+ dongle [protected] since so many years. I had always been paying all the bills in time and none of the payments were made late ever for these years. In the month of June, i got an inflated reliance mobile bill for which i complained regularly at customer care and to my utter dissatisfaction, i didnt get any resolution to my problem. Out of frustration after repeatedly making calls at the customer care, i was forced to ask for disconnection. I didnt know the due bill amount and as soon as i came to know, i paid the due unbilled amount of 2099 Rs. Infact, after this treatment i should not have paid the bill for any reason. Next, i had a reliance net connect modem. As if the above treatment was not enough, when i asked for services from netconnect team, they were smart enough to suggest for disconnection and a false excuse that my very much working contact number is not available to them. I had the dongle few years back and i simply wanted to get it transferred at my current address. This activity was simple enough but the netconnect team made it traumatic for me. The responsible person used abusive language and kept sending stray msgs. Being a responsible person, once again i paid all the dues against this number. The latest development is inspite of clearing all the dues for both the connections, harassment calls from an unknown number ([protected] )are being made to my family and friends. The lady is asking for my name and complete address along with other personal details for a courier delivery from RCI Co. She says she belongs to Solitaire courier company and is not ready to tell any further details. This is highly frustrating and i am deeply affected by this. For your kind information, my home address and alternate number is already registered with reliance. So what is the point of making such harassing calls. With this case, i think i made a big mistake by clearing all the due bills. This is not a legal way to handle a customer and that too when i have been using reliance for so many years. I am reporting the case to Consumer Court with all the authentic details available with me and will see to it that a strict action is taken against this activity. Thanks Rajneesh Singhal

      I had a recharge of Rs.123/- on my number for 1gb 3g data.But my data got lapsed .I am using a dongle. When I contacted customer service, a lady told me that this data pack is only for mobile and not for dongle. I am not aware of such a plan and also not given such information by the vendor.So, I want reimbursement of my data ASAP.

          This is reference to my reliance netconnect data card No [protected] (unlimited plan). I want to get my internet services discontinued, but the customer care person says that I have to get a letter from HR of my company. What is this! Plain and straight, the internet services provided are poor. Today is 28th and I don't want to pay the poor services from next month onward.

            I purchased the Lenovo laptop on Dec 2011 From Reliance Digital Korum Mall thane-W with 1 year Company warranty & extra 2 year warranty (till Dec 2014) by paying Extra Money. 3 months back There was some issue in my Operating System, So i gave it to Reliance ResQ Thane, As It is in warranty, They took it for around 1.5 months to repair it & also they ended with Hard Disk, Mother Board & Keyboard Issue which i was not having since last 2 years. They Replaced/ repaired the original parts without my permission. They gave me my laptop after 1.5 months, After Receiving my laptop, when i connect the charge there was current passing through my laptop, The back cover clip is opened in just two days & moreover the operating system which they installed is not proper, not a single driver is installed in it. So i went to shop again, They send me to Reliance ResQ main branch at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, There they are not agreed to take it, They told me to go to Thane Reliance ResQ @ korum mall. After this I wrote mail to the concurn person, check the attached mail (From: PANDAGALE Amol TEMIL Sent: Thursday, August 29, 2013 12:18 PM To: 'sbp.[protected]@resq.in' Cc: '[protected]@resq.in'; 'cccmaithili.[protected]@resq.in'; 'yogesh.s.[protected]@ril.com' Subject: laptop warranty Hello, I purchased Lenovo Laptop from your shop in Dec 2011 with extended warranty of 2 Years, Check the attached Invoice. Given it for the operating system problem 2 months back in Reliance Digital Thane ( Korum Mall). You service center kept the laptop for around 1.5 months for simple Installation of Operating System, & landed up with mother board, Key bored & hard Disk problem. The CD of windows backup which I had at the time of Purchase was not proper, if it was proper, I didn’t gave it to u…..for such mess. Now after 1.5 month u gave me My laptop with lot of problems………….Like, Pirated Operating System which is not Running properly, The bottom case of laptop Opened, Current passing In all metal parts of laptop, it gets vibrate while charging. So I went again To Reliance Resq At Korum Mall Thane, The Said “Go to Vashi ResQ care, They will give your Laptop early.” Yesterday, I went to Vashi Reliance ResQ Care, They told me that, they do not repair it, you go to Lenovo Service Center & from there only, you put the proper operating system…………….. Is this the way Reliance ResQ gives extended warranty by taking extra money from customer? Finally I landed up including these entire trauma to unavailability of the service from your end, complete devastating of my operating laptop and all my official and personal database damage and economical loss also. If I took extended warranty of 2years by paying extra money, Why Should I go to Lenovo Service Centre & I will pay them for repair. ……………… Why you gave warranty, I[censored] r not able to solve the problems…………. All these put together, I am being victimized of your poor service and cheating customer over last two months, that to brand likes RELIANCE. ……………… I have been cheated royally by RESQ Kindly want you to give the solution in terms of complete good operating system/laptop without any problem, Otherwise I will not hesitate to escalate the matter in the Consumer court.)... Still they refused to take the laptop, though it is in warranty. So who will be responsible for it, For what reason they took extra money for extended warranty.

            Reliance Communication — Deduction of money in R-world

            sir,
            I am gagan deep joshi serving in Indian Navy in Visakhapatnam. I was downloading wallpapers from R-world but when i went through the option it was showing no data available and Rs. 50 were deducted from my account and there were no wallpapers at all. Later when I contacted customer care and reliance web world they told me that the phone which i am using ie.LG RD 3530 is not supporting the wallpapers and that information would be in the mobile user mannual. There is no such information in the mannual and there is no such intimation in the R-world also. There is also no information to warn that there is such condition.
            Therefore it is requested that my money should be returned.

            Reliance Communications Limited — deduction of money

            Sir,
            Im a customer of reliance telecommunications.My number is [protected] and i'm having a GSM connection of Gujarat circle.

            When I checked my phone balance today(17 March,2011), I found that it has been reduced by Rs.30. When I called up the reliance customer care to know about this , I was told that the money was deducted on 16 th march,2011(yesterday) at night around 8pm and that it was for the activation of some scheme in R World. But I have not subscribed for, or requested to subscribe for any scheme in R World , till date. So I talked to the supervisor in the customer care service . He then reacted in a very rude manner and told me that I have activated the scheme yesterday and the money will not be refunded.

            This is not my first bitter experience with RCom. Several such incidents have happened in the past also.But now Im fed up with their service and decided to lodge this complaint.Im also forced to change my service provider. Anyways , such a pathetic service was not expected from a company like RCom.

            Its reg my sony blueray player. I brought this player @ Reliance digital - Kukatpally, hyderabad on 12th Sept 12 with extra 2 years warranty. Recently my sony player facing low sound problem for which i have contacted reliance resq team. After 3 days one of there engineer visited to my place and performed checks and confirmed some faults in the player. On 5th oct-13, There team took my player to their service center and there said with in 3 days there will fix and will return my player. My bad time started from then. After 1 week i have contacted Reliance resq call center[protected]. After multiply tries, Luckily there picked my call, Have informed them reg the issue. There have not provided me with proper details more over staff working in resq call center or not in a position to provide information to the customers. But there said with in 2 days you product will be dispatched. Again after 3 days i have contacted them on same number. This time also, there said the same. Finally on 10th october - I found Reliance digital toll-free number[protected]. Raised case 75182070. This team followed the same words - there said with in 2 days there will contact me with details. Have not heard any thing from them. Today[protected] third time i have raised the case. Have not found any proper response from this team. Its became my daily routine to contact them and bagging them to provide the services. This is worst case. Though we have taken extended warranty, This team is not attending and fixing the issue on timely basis. There are not providing update status to customers.             Reliance Communications Limited — Unnecessary charging amount for unusual packs

            I use reliance only for free calls purpose, so i recharge with minimum recharge amount and even then i have not subscribe for any unusual pack, they cut the charges and leave the zero balance. In every 2-3 days they cut the balance. within 2-3 days of recharge they cut the full balance by activating unusual packs.
            The worst service from Reliance Digital.
            After a call from Reliance Team, I gave my laptop for repair on 26th Oct 2013 to Reliance ResQ Vashi, but till date no response from Reliance ResQ,
            now 1 month passed but they are not even telling me the present situation Of my laptop.
            I called around 10 times a day to the customer care number which they gave me, but every time the number is busy.
            I am fed up of all this thing, from last 4-5 months reliance resQ is wasting my Time.
            I am going to take strict action.

              I had used reliance internet connection last year. This discontinued during june last year as people from thier side had come and cut the wires without informing the customer/user. On asking the reason executives replied very casually saying that they had to put a new wire . We were not very clear with their answers.. evrytime we had called they were unsure of what to answer. Then we stooped using net connection. After two months they call up again demanding to pay bill.. All bills had been payed. We asked them to check once as we did not recieve any bill either online or mailed to address. None was recieved. It was clear something was wrong. After almost an year I am surprised to see a message recieved from their end demanding to pay amount 4685 for landline connection #. We had never used any landline connection. This is ridiculous. They sue the customer saying pay to avoid legal action. This is very wrong. Please consider this serious issue.

                Im writing this in regards to the notice which I received from the above company L.V Vijay Shankar & Associates . I have cancelled by Reliance Brodaband connection 2 year back and due to incorrect billing by reliance, i was asked to pay 2500 amount which was due. However after many follow ups with Reliance, the issue was sorted out and reliance has confirmed that there is no due which I have to make as payment to the company. Surprisingly after 2years I receive a mail from these L.V Vijay Shankar & Associates guys saying they are going to proceed legally against me. Please assist on the same and confirm on what needs to be done in this case so that il get rid of this reliance issue completely. Praveen

                      Hi, You cannot feel it until it hits you, this is slogan of Reliance Thunder plan. Yes Reliance thunder plans are big joke. I was fascinated by the plan 1 Mbps for Rs.549. But soon I discovered that this is all fake. You will not get more than 6-7 KBPS(50-60 kbps) in peak hours and will get good speed only in night at 2-6 AM. I am Reliance Broadband customer for past 5 years and all the years I was getting good speed according to plan. But since January 2013 in this thunder plan I am troubled by reliance every day. I cannot decide about termination of reliance service since I am using it from long time. But I think soon I have to switch. Every time I raise request they simply close without calling me. When I call them they say there is outage and it will be solved in 10-15 days. Every time they give new date. I think this is not a outage problem but their working policy.                         I took Netconnect+ connection on 7th September 2013. I have paid 3 months advance rental of Rs 2698. From the very 1st day I am hardly able to use my connection properly. It is very intermittently i.e it don't even work for 30 Minutes (Maximum time) on a trot and gets disconnected for 4-5 minutes. I took this connection for my official work and since it is getting disconnected very frequently all my office tools gets disconnected and I had to connect back once connection is restored. In 1 hours my connection go down at least 6-7 times. I am using it as HSD. Every now and then the WORLD sign near HSD goes and a ZZZ sign comes, all signals goes out and within moments my connection goes down. I had raised multiple requests for resolution but all of them were closed informing that there is network upgrade going on in Bangalore and there is no approximate time for this upgrade activity. I was told that my connectivity will remain the same ( Pathetic) till the time the upgrade activity is completed. funny thing is when I am asking Reliance customer care about the details of all my closed tickets as in why they were closed, they are not providing me any information. When I call them there service is even more hopeless..they would always try to drop off the call any would try there best not to create any ticket even if there is issue. I am not sure how to get my issue resolved and how to get waiver for the number of days I am not able to use the connection properly. Rahul.

                        my netconnect data card no is [protected]: i am sure you will get my contact details from my data card number since reliance already hv all my contact details.
                        Reliance is a CHEAT..since i am not able to use my connection properly, I had requested reliance customer care to waive off the number of days till the connection problem is resolved and I was promised by several customer care executives that the waiver will definitely be provided since I am not able use my connection properly and they asked me to raise the complaint once the bill is generated. During all these discussion, i had asked them to send me the confirmation that I will get the waiver for these days on email, they always promised me but never did they sent me any email providing me a confirmation..

                        Now after bill generation, Reliance is telling me that they will not be able to provide waive off because I have made payment for 3 months in advance...WOW ..UNBELIEVABLE...they are telling me that I have used 80% of my total data usage..

                        I am really very skeptical about the authenticity of the calculated data usage. I had used other data cards but never did it increase so exponentially..

                        another thing is, since I am getting disconnected frequently, I had to connect all my office tools every 10-15 minutes because of which I HAD to use the data consumption unnecessarily again and again. This unnecessary usage if data is because of Reliance netconnect disconnect..

                        I don't understand if I had made payment for 3 month in advance, does it give right to Reliance to cheat me by not resolving my issue and billing me for the time I am not able to use the connection properly.

                        Below is the email that I receive from Reliance customer care...These guys are hopeless and I really feel sad that I choose Reliance..

                          my no is - +91-[protected] 8 to 10 days back automatically my balance was deducted without opting any services of them, i ignored 2nd time again they deduct my balance for 2 services (shemaroovp-costing 5 rs per day and second is indiatimesvp-costing 1 rs per day) when i complaint to customer care they refunded the amount but bot since 2- 3 days again they are deducting the same amount every day and customer care is not responding for a single time. please suggest what to do...i need my balance refund and also i don't want it be happen again in future. if action will not be taken i have to go to consumer forum... prafull sharma

                            My Cell no [protected] and the above was deducted as prepaid VAS CRBT prepaid. I never asked any thing with out my notice how u will deduct it. Pl reveret the amt immdtly.                               I am using Reliance GSM no [protected] .Reliance has deducted my balance on[protected] Rs. 43.
                              My Mo balance is negative .I am calling on 198 customer care but they are not responding anything.They have blocked my no for customer care service (198).
                              My balance was on[protected] and i have recharged 50 on[protected].Balance should be 143 on[protected].
                              But I have recharged for Net Rs. 123.But balance is showing Rs.-1.43
                              Please take the action against Reliance GSM.

                                have not subscribed to any VAS packs on my Reliance GSM No. [protected] but my balance is continuously getting deducted by amount of Rs. 30 And Rs. 5 . I am receiving messages which says that "you have been charged for VAS Jumpgames" to which I am not subscribed. I have tried to contact your customer care service but they are not able to help me and asking me to send me a deactivation message with a USSD code which they are not providing me and I do not know what it is. Such kind of behavior is very unethical for a large corporation like Reliance. Kindly please look into this matter immediately and I would request the customer care department to contact me as soon as possible regarding the issue.

                                  Sir, i am a reliance gsm user and my reliance gsm moble no is [protected]. i have recharged Rs 123 for 1gb data on 17/09/2013 ( inspired from plan "3g in 2g price"). But i have only found 500 mb data in my gprs balance. i have tried several time to connect with reliance customer care but not connected abut this problem with customer care due to call drop when selecting 3g complain ( on 198 and pressing 9, 9, 1 ). here i think that reliance communication is only involved in doing fraud. they are not interested to give good services but only want money from its customer without proper service. ( This is my second complain. Each Time when i recharged then reliance is not given 3g data specified as in plan)

                                    I had 25 MB GPRS DATA in my account valid till 26 september 2013 as you can check on your system.
                                    Inspite of this internet charges have been deducted on 24 th september 2013.
                                    For the proof I have attached a copy of the message which I got when on my cellphone after I messaged "BILL" on 55333 which shows and proves that Rs. 7.40 have been deducted unnecessarily .
                                    And there are many times the balance gets deducted and the customer care helper either keep the call on wait or they say that there is some technical issue and ask me to call later.
                                    I was trying to call on *333 for help past four days but as i press the option to talk to customer care, the call was never transferred to the customer support executives neither on 198.
                                    Kindly see to it.

                                      I am a user of reliance since 6 months from then i have face many problems. Unnecessary balance cuts network issue etc etc. i usually recharge my mobile with Rs 91 SMS pack which offers 1500 L/N SMS for 30 days last such recharge was made on 25/8/13. and on 23/9/13 my 1500 sms was over so i went o reliance store and gave a request to stop the auto renewal of this pack and recharged with SMS 78 pack which offers 1000 LN sms for 30 days. maybe they did not take my request and i was charged Rs91 for auto renewal of my sms pack. now im subscribed to 2 packs 78 and 91 and on talking with the senior executive they there there is no request made and they cant help me they accept it can be fault of the reliance executive but they keep on saying it against the rules. and on saying about the TRAI rule that a customer can request for refund of balance for any unwanted VAS or auto renewal they say there is no such rule. I had a talk with Mr. Arif call ref no. [protected] PS i did not receive any message 24 hours before the deduction. that ur auto renewal pack is due on 25/9 kindly ensure sufficient balance in account. Thank You Mayank
