[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Transaction failure during Netconnect Bill payment | |||
I had paid my Reliance Netconnect Postpaid Connection No: [protected] on 03/04/2013 bill for an amount of Rs. 842/- through the Central Bank of India Netbanking account bearing a transaction ID : [protected]. I had done this bill payment operation through the website " http://www.rcom.co.in". The amount was debited, but the transaction has failed. I had taken the issue to Reliance customer care personnel, but the feedback is very bad. They even haven't guided me towards "what need to be done", this had been delayed from April starting until end of April 2013. Then I thought it is waste of arguing with these people and had contacted by bank reg. the same issue. They were also helpless. So, with this regard I approached you guys. Hi,I have recharged my Reliance mobile ([protected]) on[protected] for Rs.496 through net banking.That Transaction was failed and also they have taken Rs.496 from my account. Please try to refund my amount to my account.
