[Resolved]  Reliance One — Inclusion of Reliance points in the Smart Card

I am a regular Customer of Reliance and I have a Smart Card. Each time I shop, for every Rs. 100 spent, One point isa added to the Smart Card which can be redeemed later.

A couple of times, I had forgotton to present the Smart Card before being billed and only after the bill was raised did I realise that I had not presented the Smart Card and produced it immediately. But the staff and the Supervisor mentioned that this was not possible.

Earlier, when I had a paper card which was a temporary one, I had presented the same to the Supervisor after the bill had been raised and the points had been included. So why is this not being accomodated now? After all, this is just a software which can be programmed accordingly. The Customer's Satisfaction is important as far as the service is concerned.

This is the 3rd time I have forgotton to present the Card immediately at the time of billing and I have lost some points and I feel miserable and dissappointed.

Will Reliance take this as a feed back to ensure that this problem can be worked on and that the Customer can get the Smart Card updated with the points earned as long as the bill is produced? The software should detect if a bill has been presented or not and add the points accordingly.
