[Resolved]  Reliance One — Duplicate Card

Dear Customer Care Team,

This is with reference to my Reliance One Loyalty card which I have lost. I have requested to issue new card at the Reliance fresh Bodakdev at Ahmedabad since 6 moths but there has been no response for the same.
