Reliance One — Reliance one card characters

Dear Friends,

I am the member of reliance one card for the last 2 years . I have the permanent card also . What they cheated me " at the time form filling they told i wil get 1% cash back on all mu purchese...but lateron they changed Rs.0.75 as a cash back with out informing the customers

I have lost morethan Rs 50 due to this issue
