[Resolved]  Reliance One — Fraud by company to its consumers

Dear sir,
I am resident of DN-29, Dashmesh Nagar, Street no.-4, Tripuri Town Patiala (Punjab). Last month Reliance one store situated at Tripuri promoted a scheme of discount on Non-Stick Cookware on purchase of every Rs. 2500/-. The original cost of that cookware is Rs. 850/- which is available in Rs. 150/- approx. under the scheme. Last month my total purchasing was more than Rs. 5000/-. I contacted the store they said that cookware will be available after 30.10.09 then i again went to store on 1.10.09 then they again said that the cookware will be available after 10.10.09. Today i go there they refused straightway to give any scheme. This shows the irresponsible and fraud behavior of company towards the customers. I want to file complaint against the company.
