[Resolved]  Reliance One — ORIGINAL CARD NOT RECEIVED

I am a regular customer of Reliance One stores in Chennai . 18 months before they gave a temporary customer card bearing No.22 [protected] to me . Validity of that card is 180 days only . But till date I have not received the Original card

I have Relaince One Temporary card & i m using the same from last Feb-08. But till date i have not got the original card. Once i visited at ur Reliance Degital at Vashi & ask regarding same but i got one toll free no. [protected]. I called on this no. & given all the details but then also i have not received the card.

Today i'm trying to call once again on this no. but the call is disconnected automatically.

Can i know the status of my card.

Now i shifted to chennai and my Address change also updated

I WAS ISSUED A TEMPORARY CARD ABOUT 18 MONTHS AGO. I WAS ASSURED THAT A PERMANENT CARD WILL BE ISSUED. I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF CALLS, BUT THE CARD IS STILL ELUSIVE

i got the reliance one card yesterday from mumbai. when i asked for the original card i got the reply saying, when ur expence exceeds Rs 20000 as per the validity of the date on the temporary card then i will get the original card. Looking at the above complaints i am not sure whether i will receive it or not. The validity is 180 days and purchasing items of rs 20000 is 180 days doesnt seen that realistic. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hope i will get my original card one day.
