reliance one — not received my permanent card

reliance one — not received my permanent card

i having registered my complain with the customer care with reliance one amd spoke to very many and all specifying that the process for the permamnet card will take 30 days.I having launched my complian on 2 jan-2009 and as of now i have not received the permanent card.the lady by the name shomika saying the card is in process and they say all the cards are on hold.then why do they say it will take 30 days the customer care are luring me.

I have applied for reliance one card through your retail outlet at Pottmal, Kozhikode, Kerala, they issued me temporary card and asked to wait for few months. but its over 2 years but i have not received my reliance one card. kindly send my reliance card as soon as possible
