[Resolved]  Reliance One — Card

My Tempporary card No. is [protected].

I call on toll free number for yet not received permenant card since long time passed. On phone madam informed me that my card is already received by Mr. Mukuesh Joshi on dtd. 1.10.2010 at "Reliance", near G.G. Hospital, Jamnagar.

For your information that till today, no one can inform me for collect the above my card. So that I go to "Reliance", Near G. G. Hospital, Jamnagar & asked them for my card. They have give me my permenent card No.[protected].

Now, my complaine is why above people had not inform me regarding my permenent card ? Is it not his/her duty. I have already done compliane in register (dtd. 28.10.2010).
