[Resolved] Reliance Phone — no network coverege | |
WE ARE HOLDING 5 RELIANCE MOBILE CONNECTIONS. THIS WE TOOK 17 MONTHS BACK. WE HAVE NETWORK COVERAGE PROBLEM IN OUR LOCALITY “VISHESHWARGANJ” Distt : VARANASI ", SINCE 9 MONTHS. SOME TIMES WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY SIGNAL AND MOST OF THE TIME PHONES ARE BECOMING SILENT SINCE THERE IS NO INDOOR COVERAGE. WE WONDER WHY ALL OF SUDDEN WE HAVE NETWORK COVERAGE PROBLEM IN OUR LOCALITY. WE HAVE LODGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS SINCE 9 MONTHS AND TILL TODAY NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY RELIANCE. WE GOT FED UP WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDED AND ARE IN SEARCH OF A NEW SERVICE PROVIDER, IF THEY WONT TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON OUR COMPLAINTS. sir/mam,i'm a customer of reliance phone and using r.com since 2.5 years . i never faced any kinds of problem to r.com till MARCH but since APR. i'm faceing lot of problem to reliance phone like network, callcut during, error in network and many more. so i wanna ask to MR. ANIL D. B. AMBANI who is responsible for that. who will be compansate me. if the phone cut again and again within the 05/10/25/48/55/58 sec.

i want to know phone address of[protected]. i have many wrong call from this no.please help me. From last one year when i charge my phone [protected] next day it shows - balance. when i ask from call center they say privioucely it comes . When i ask how much amount is panding they says only this amount but again i charge the same thing repited. After 5/6 times i left to recharge the same.

I have been using Reliance phone since 2004. Till 2009 there were no complains as such but from June 2009 my calls are dropping every now and then. I have complained innumerable times but the problem has not been resoleved yet. I am based out of Malad, Mumbai and my old parents are stationed at Kolkata. I need to seak to them on a regular basis but because of the screwd up network of Reliance and crappy service we are sufferring a lot. I have complained at leats 100 times now and last time I spoke to a lady called Sarika Bharadwaj( TL) in who promised to resolve my problem but tha was not meant to be. I am just disguisted.
