[Resolved]  Reliance/ Postpaid Mobile — Network and call drop problem

I'm a reliance mobile postpaid customer. My number is [protected] and I have registered a complaint for network problem and call drop with reliance on 8th october 2009. When ever I call reliance customer care they just say that my request is in resolving state. I have complained regarding this to the Nodal officer and Appellateauthority regarding this but nothing has been done. My call drops and voice starts breaking within 5 minutes after a call is initiated.

I am reliance postpaid user with number [protected]. I have registered a complaint regarding network problem on 8th October, 2009. I'm facing serious trouble due to this, my call drops in 4 to 5 minutes. Everytime I call the customer care they assure me for some solution but 24 days have been passed but nothing has been done.
Please help me as you are the highest person where I can request for help.

I was committed a time frame of 5 days for solving my problem, but today 20 days have passed but nothing has been done in this direction till date. Every time I call customer care they say they are escalating the case and I'll get a call back in 24 hours, but i have recieved no response from reliance. And today another wonderful customer care executive picked my call and without even listening to me he said that i'm a pre-paid user and tranferred my call to pre-paid department where another rude guy picked my phone and just hung up.

I'm seriously facing great trouble due to this network and call drop problem. I hope you will look into this issue and do the needful to help me out of this problem.
