[Resolved]  Reliance/ Postpaid Mobile — Disconnection of Phone wrongly

I have a Reliance WLL phone number[protected]. The Relation ship number is [protected]. Its services have been discontinued allegedly because of non payment of a bill of Nov'10. All bills have been paid since then. It was disconnected earlier in Feb'11 also. The bill of Nov'10 for Rs 414 was also paid within due date and the cheque was encashed by the service provider. All documents were shown to the person who visited me and copy given. It transpired that the service provider had wrongly credited the proceeds towards another phone. The connection was restored and the mistake was regretted profusely.

Now the same bill is said to be overdue and service discontinued. I am wrongly being denied the benefit for fault of the company. Telephonic requests are not being entertained. It may be taken up at the right forum for immediate redressal.
