hav been complaining about outgoing sms service being barred..atleast 10 times..each time they say its been corrected but when i try it doesnt work..dont kno what they're doing..they just keep filing the same complaint again n again n giv me a new complaint number each time..i'm so exasperated..

Reliance Prepaid — Outgoing deactivated

I have purchased one prepaid connection from reliance distrubutor which is in kirti nagar new delhi. I had submitted all the documents which is required i.e id proff, address proff but yesterday my outgoing is deactivated and the reason is documents not submitted.

This is not my fault and now distrubutor is also not helping in this case. I have again submitted all the documents to reliance web world . I request you 2 pls activate my no as soon as possible.

Sir, I have my reliance pre paid connection with number [protected]. On this number i am not getting msg. If someone deliver msg to me. he/she gets the delivery report. But msg doesnt came to me. Some times it deliver after 2 or 3 days. I have compalined so many times to customer care but its of no use. They dont treat their customer coplaints seriously.

i have purchased reliance prepaid connection from reliance dsitributor which is in sainj(theog distt shimla). i have submitted all the documents which is required but from dt.20.10.08 my outgoing and incoming calls deactived.
i have complaint regarding this at custumer care no.[protected] and they assure me that your no will be activated immediately but there is no result till date.therefore your are requested to pl activate my no. as soon as possible.

Reliance Prepaid — Regarding online recharge

I made a online recharge of rs 50 and then of rs 60 on 28 nov 2008 . But it was failed to recharge my cell, but the 50, 60 rs was debited from my HDFC bank account by reliance communication .I thought that reliance communication will refund this amount in my account within two or three days as the other service provider do (Vodafone, Airtel etc). But till now(12 Dec 2008) it's not happened. Whenever I called to customer care everyone is giving me different information and every time they are giving me new request number.
Even the customer care not providing me the address of the reliance offices.
I have my bank statement to take a action.
If they will not solve my problem i will take another way to solve it.

i nd my friends purchased 7 sims on 15 as we wer overwhelmed by ur bogus offer of 5 rs gettin credited every day nd night cal free. ppl in the cal centre put the blame on the dealer md the dealer on reliance!!! what are we suppossed to do !

Prepaid Mobile — Find a friend service

Dear sir
I am using smart mobile no [protected] . find a friend service is activated since last so many days and so many times i requested to de-activate find a friend service to customer care. I was suggested to call 51501 and than press 8 than 1 for de-activation but nothing happened.
Kindly arrange to de-activate find a friend service .

Reliance Prepaid — Cheating the customers

Hi,

I had recharged the reliance prepaid mobile with Rs.490, which is 1500 minitues free for any reliance mobile in india for one month.

I have recharged it on 16th Jan 2009 and i used it for 710 minitues in 18 days. after that they charging me even for reliance mobiles.

I call reliance customer care and i asked they told me that you have already used 1500 min.

This is like cheating the people. Do not go for reliance when you select the service provider
