Reliance Prepaid — unnecessary deduction of money | |||
sir i am getting very much harassed by the reliance communication, as soon as my balance reaches near the zero value, there is a deduction of Rs. 09.77 every time. i have also called the cust.care but all in vain. plz help me preventing this un-necessary deduction. i shall be very thankful to you. My mobile number is [protected]. I have not activied any VAS Jumpgames services from my side but Rs.30 /--has been deduted from my account. Credit my account by Rs 30/-- the toll free *333 complaint number is always busy check my account and immediatly do the needful and sent mail on my email id [protected]@gmail.com also on my cell.
