Reliance Prepaid Mobile — unnecessary activation of entertainment and other extra services and deduction money | |
i am using reliance prepaid no. [protected], i want to lodge a complain against the reliance prepaid service for unnessosary activation of entertainment and other extra services and deduction money. I am a reliance prepaid customer of Rajasthan. My nos. are [protected] and [protected], I was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. I requested before but till now its not working. So I requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls &sms as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain.

i am frm mumbai.a baught a sim card of reliance and even after 15 days it is not activated.
so many times i have talked in reliance callcentre but they also could not help me out.
Finally i used this method for knowing some concerned people my problem.
i want it to be solved quickly .if it is not solved quickly i will not prefer it and i will not suggest other people also to prefer this.
Take it seriously and do something needfull..

In continuation of yesterday's mail I Debashis Banik hereby stating you that again nasty massages are coming from one aircel number i.e [protected]. My only requirement to you is that you just make a provision so that no phone call and massage will come from the number [protected] to my reliance number i.e [protected].This is my last and final request. If you are unable to do this provision. Then I will block my number in this way you will loose one of your customer.
