[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Withouht confirmation different services activated on my mobile and deducted my account balance.

Sir,
I am a reliance india mobile user since 4 Years But i m very much dissatisfied with its service last few month . My prepaid balance is automatically deducted with no reason. I have not subscribed reliance hell tune but my balance deducted. Today i have recharged with top up of Rs.555 & get a main balance of 493.95 & a promo balance of Rs.94.06 . After some calls my main balance was Rs.480 but after some time i got a message from 53030 regarding subscription for FM india pack which i have not subscribed.
And when i checked my balance surprisely it is Rs.456.68.

My prepaid balance is automatically deducted with no reason. i got a message from 53030 regarding subscription for FM india pack which i have not subscribed.My balance got minimised and also I have tried to call 53030333 as mentioned in the SMS but it gives message that this is a toll free number. My balance got deducted on 26/09/08

Aha! this is not a new thing, I am being screwed by taking a new relaince number (under 555 plan)

Without making a single call teh balance keeps on decreasing

I have been using AIRTEL from last 3 years & i must say Just go for Airtel and good on my side I dint purchased post paid from reliance else i would have to take aloan to pay my bills

I am a user of Reliance India Mobile(prepaid) since last 2 years.But i am suffered a lot due to poor service renderd by the company from last 3 months.I haven't never downloaded any caller tune but the caller tune activated onmy phone automatically and my balance is also deducted Rs.30.Then i contact to the customer care executive they told me that you activate the caller tune.I told them to deactivate the tune.They deactivate my caller tune & I'm looser of Rs.30.This incidence happen on 3rd week of jan, 2009.Same thing also happen on 20.2.2009. In which way we get ouer rights.

I am a prepaid mobile holder from Reliance India Mobile and my no. is [protected]. I am holding this mobile no. since 2004.

I phoned to Reliance Customer Care several times to clear my doubts of repeatedly reducing my prepaid balance and then I come to know that my phone number has" Astronomy" & “Voice Chat” facility activated from May 2009, so they are charging Rupees One for each day and every day it is being deducted from my prepaid account balance which I never subscribed for.

I made an argument for the reversal of such amount which they are charging for a service which I have not subscribed for. The customer care executive took action against my first problem and de-activated “Astronomy Service” from my mobile but even til today, the Reliance Communication has not refund my balance.

Today on May 8, 2009, without my consent or approval the Reliane Communication activated “Voice Chat” service and deducted Rs.30/- from my account balance, after getting this message, I had been trying to contact to Customer Care since morning to to till 1:00pm, but there is no any response. I am feeling very disgusted how Reliance Communication activated such service without my confirmation and deducted my balance.

I really very disgusted, please lodge my complaint and try to give me relief.

Today on May 31, 2009 my consent or approval the Reliane Communication activated “Voice Chat” service and deducted fully recharching amount from my account balance, after getting this message, I had been trying to contact to Customer Care since morning to to till 8:00pm, but there is no any response. I am feeling very disgusted how Reliance Communication activated such service without my confirmation and deducted my balance.

I really very disgusted, please lodge my complaint and try to give me relief.

Colour tune of mobile is changed, Pl deactivate it immediately .Earliest deactivation would be appreciated on Mob No -[protected]

mere relince number par baar baar call. tune activet ho ja ta hai raat ko 2, baje 3baje.

Same problem I have on my mobile. No good response from customer care and their systems are always busy, I am trying to complain since last 1 week, though complain is lodge, no solution yet and I see everyday 5 Rs is being reduced. Reliance Communications — Activation of Services without user approval

This is to state that reliance communication is stealing money from its user by activating services without user approval ... On 17th of october i got a message frm reliance that news letter is subscribed on my mobile no and Rs 30 is charged frm me .. When i call their customer care number the message was i hav not been subscribed to call them .. how come u subscribe for customer care no ..Transparent these guys r robbers ..
