[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — Poor Network

Dear Sir I am Pawan Kumar .
Using Reliance Mobile Service Fron Last 20-30 daysafter seeing Network Add in Telivision. I was thinking that reliance is good in Network but i found Wrong.Because Scince i am using Reliance and i am using 875 rs S T D calling card which is free 11 pm to 6 am the probblem i am facing the phone call i disconnecting with in every 15 Min. continusly .This probblem i am getting from the day one i am using Reliance . And i have complained Reliance Custmer Care 4 - 5 times they told me 24 hours every time i called.
So i am really disappointed from Reliance Network / Services.

I don’t think my this complain is useless. If you think I am wrong tell me

I will not complain you again about anything. And I will prefer other companies who provide good services to custumers.

Dear Sir,
I have taken Reliance Hello and Reliance Mobile on July 2007, but upto now we are facing network problems. Your Customer Executives always told me that we are working for establishing Router..but upto now problem is not solved.

i complaint about it many times but they dont even to respond and every time they assure of making it on.

Dar Sir, I am your customer from June 2007 bearing M.No. [protected]. In this regard that your company make many deduction from my account after December 2008 However I have not taken any service. When I contact your c care on *333 the contact person tell me that your complain has been registered and no further deduction were made. But after that deduction were made on 29.01.2009 and on 31.01.2009 when I contact your customer care the contact person tell me that deduction were made on account of Caller tune when I ask to your officer that no any song was active on my moblie No. the person tell me it is technical fault.
When I am not enjoying your facility (from your Technical fault) for last 2 months why I pay charges for this.
Please look into the matter and transfer the money deduct by your company

I'm babloo using smart prepaid sim card bearing mobile no-098612***** and I'am residing at
sector-4, Rourkela, sundargarh, Orissa.It is already one month six days gone i am facing serious net work problem i am not able to call in time always coming net work busy net work busy you can't believe i ve to wait 40-45 minutes for a single callI.I have logded a complain regarding this problem but till now neither I ve got satisfactry answer nor satisfactry solutions.but one thing I came to know that it is a "SMART CHEATER".
If you don't have the capacity to give excellent service, you need not have any right to sale more sim cardit as well as vouchers.
we r facing network problem on every alternate days.plz see to the matter at your earliest.
