Dear Sir, With reference to my below mail, I have lodged this complaint some 2 months back and till now I have not received any feedback. I want to take up this matter at a high level. I understand from your shop that all the points has been redeemed in some shop in Karnataka where as I have never been to Karnataka. Moreover, all my purchases are from your Chrompet, Chennai shop and I had not redeemed point. I wants these points credited back to my card or a redemption voucherf to be issued to me for all the points. I have not redeemed any points since October 2009. I have redeemed my points only at your shop at Chrompet (2034). So, please look in this matter and do the needful.
