Your employee head of HR Manager Mr. Manoj Salvi working at Patalganga has been avoiding my request for the past few months. My husband was a past employee in your company and was tenured before leaving the company in 1999. He was entitled to a pension after reaching the age of 58. He had not started the procedure for getting his pension yet as he planned on doing it afterwards. Unfortunately he passed away last year at the age of 59 and will not be able to do the procedure himself. As his widow I am entitled to a part of his pension and I have been in contact with Mr. Salvi for the past few months. He has been avoiding the topic for a long time. He has been making up excuses and has been wasting my time. I am aware this is not an employee complaint form but I want you to forward the details to the person in charge of Mr Salvi. We have and will provide all the necessary documents required for the pension. The details of my late husband are as follows:
Name: G.V Rane
Employee Number:2924
Retirement year: 1999
We have tried every avenue of getting this procedure started as I have a right to my husband's pension. If the company is not going to do anything in this regard then it is liable to a lawsuit. Please forward this letter to the right person (someone higher-up than Mr. Salvi). Was this information helpful? |
