Hi Sir,
My name is Prince Vandrick, ex-employee of Reliance Retail (EC#50064451, cluster - Kochi, joining date - 30 Dec 2019). My last date with Reliance was on 31st Dec 2021. I have received my F&F settlement amount but relieving letter was not issued. When I checked with HR Mr.Soy Sebastian, he has asked me to pay a remittance amount for issuing my relieving letter considering I was only served my notice period for 1 month out of 3 months due to a medical reason (this notice period reduction was already discussed and finalized with HR even before I put my papers). I paid the remittance amount and provided the receipt to the said HR. He acknowledged that in mail and informed me that it is in progress and will issue my relieving letter. Then after few weeks and multiple calls & mails, he has provided me a screen print of relieving letter (this does not have reliance letter head) and told me that he is having issue with his system and will download the original and send to me later. I regularly called and mailed him for a month and he was simply saying he is having issue in downloading the letter. I requested if he can try from any other person's system. Finally last week (after a wait period for 6 months of follow up and paying the remittance amount), he told me he cannot issue the relieving letter and disconnected my call. I asked the reason but he told me there is no reason and he simply cannot give me the relieving letter.
I do have emails of all the follow ups and call records and not sure why my relieving letter is not issued. Could you please check and issue my relieving letter? Was this information helpful? |
