Reliance Smart — balance cut | |||
Sir, I have a Reliance Smart prepaid connection bearing no-[protected], the company give a recharge of 195 with the facility of 500mints R-R, 500mints local, & 500mints R-R night pack (11pm to 6am). but today 04/01.2012 i make a call to Reliance no-[protected] at 11pm for 49 mints but they deduct the mints from my general 500mints not from the night pack. the Reliance co. has misleads the common people of India by giving wrong information and cut balance with out reasons. i have a hardly request you that you took necessary steps in this matter and serve your country and Nation.
