SIM BLOCKED - PUK CODE REQUIRED Dear Sir, I am a consumer of you RELIANCE SMART GSM service. My SIM card has blocked and needing a PUK code for the same. Having continuous follow up with customer care service, they did not turned up to show any interest in unblocking my SIM card neither they are providing me PUK code for the same.
