[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Connection — Power Plus of this Company is not working withen validity period

Sir,
I am writting to complain about the services provided by Reliance Smart Life time GSM prepaid connection.
I have recharged a Rs.60/- reliance Power Plus on 12th March having serial no. :15248731 after which my call rate should have decreased -like STD should be be Rs.1.50 paisa etc...for 1 month.
However, power Plus stopped working from 18th march.
When I complaint about this to customer care office of Reliance,
initially they refused to accept that I hav recharged any Power Plus, however they accepted it after giving the serial no. of that voucher and told that that we are having some technical problem and they will solve it that day. But untill now my power Plus is not working.And my I am forced to make calls at very high rates even
after recharging with a Power Plus.
Even after complaining about the matter to Customer Care
many times I am not getting any response from them.

Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary action in this regard.
