Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Connection — Wrong date written
I have given acomplaint regarding the outgoing calls blocked. I had wrritten Aug' 2008 instead of Aug' 2006. i lost my 2 reliance gsm connection [protected] and [protected]. i want to block that connections. iam basically from kurukshetra(haryana). i went your reliance webword shop but they said me we have no procedure to block it sims.i have FIR copy. so you plz help me about this case. my contact no. [protected]. if you'll not block it my sims then i'll send you my FIR copy to TRY.
Reliance GSM phone — poor connectivity in outgoing calls
I purchased a new GSM mobile phone sim card ([protected]).I was shocked to find that certain landline numbers of BSNL in Punjab were not connected at all. A complaint was registered at the customercare deptt of the company on 5/03/09 vide no.90894425 and the matter was reported to the nodal office and appelate office in New Delhi.Inspite of my repeated requsts to the said officials nothing has been done to solve this issue.
Reliance — No Network/ outgoing call are blocked
Hi all,my No : [protected]. i purchased in chennai two days before. there is no network, out going calls is not activated.due to this . my bussiness hours is wasting . Pls Any one look on this issue .

Dear sir, Mera Smart Ka connection year 2001 se ha, last 2 months se mujhe network problam bahut arahi hain, jisme call drop hona or conversation mein disturbence aana bahut hi mamuli baat ha, last month se comlaint ke liye bahut try karchuka hu lekin problam solve nahi ho saki.customer care bhi baat karte hain to koi proper answer nahi diya jata ha, jab complaint No. manga jata ha to wobhi nahi bataya jata ha, last time 14-14 night 1.56 am jab baat kari to koi mr.Sumit ne bataya ki ham koi help nahi kar sakte hain, ab pl.ap bataye ki hum kya karein, kya connection surrender kardein kyoki bina network ke to koi matlab nahi ha, network keliye main many handset change karchuka hu lekin problam wohi ha, abhi bhi main Nokia N95 use kar raha hu.Upendra Dhakrey {Gwalior} [protected].

Reliance Smart GSM mobile connection — Blocked the outgoing calls
I am staying in Rajgangpur, Orissa. I am using the connection since Aug' 2006, but the outgoing call facility had been blocked since last 5 days without any information. Now I am in roaming(UP). After so many complains the mobile was activated on 25th DEC 2008. But on 26th DEC again that was stopped.Customer care executives are telling that within 24 Hours it will be activated but I have been waiting since 5 days. I am now in roaming & I am suffering a lot due to your poor service. If it will not be activated very soon, I will disconnect my connection.
