Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Connection — not recieving sms from airtel std number

my realiance smart gsm prepaid connection-[protected] is unalbe to recieve sms from airtel std numbers..due to this problem im facing lots of difficulties.complaints have been made from my side many a times but till yet no solution.hence at last im thinking of changing my connection nd the same is with most of the users hence we have decided to switch over to sme other hand set..so kindly let me know is there any possibility for the remedy of my problem as soon as possible.
