Blocked the outgoing calls without any information

I have a prepaid connection since Aug'2008. My mobile no is [protected]. Since 5 days my outgoing facility is being blocked without any information. The customer care executives are telling that it will be rectified within 24 hrs. But it is now 6th day. Yesterday the connection was activated but today now again it is blocked. If it will not be activated very soon I will surrender my connection due to your worst service. My contact no....

not recieving sms from airtel std number

my realiance smart gsm prepaid connection-[protected] is unalbe to recieve sms from airtel std numbers..due to this problem im facing lots of difficulties.complaints have been made from my side many a times but till yet no solution.hence at last im thinking of changing my connection nd the same is with most of the users hence we have decided to switch over to sme other hand set..so kindly let me know is there any possibility for the remedy...

Power Plus of this Company is not working withen validity period

Sir,
I am writting to complain about the services provided by Reliance Smart Life time GSM prepaid connection.
I have recharged a Rs.60/- reliance Power Plus on 12th March having serial no. :15248731 after which my call rate should have decreased -like STD should be be Rs.1.50 paisa etc...for 1 month.
However, power Plus stopped working from 18th march.
