SMART GSM LIFETIME — POOR SERVICE
SIR,I HAVE TAKEN A SMART GSM LIFE TIME CONNCETION IN THE MID OF THE FEBRUARY, FROM 1ST WEEK OF MARCH IT IS DISCONNECTED, AFTER THAT I HAVE HARRASED MANY WAY SUCH THAT-CUSTOMER CARE TOLD TO SUBMIT MY ADDRESS PROBE AGAIN NEAR BY ANY RELIANCE SHOP, BUT THEY REFUSE TO TATE THAT. I HAVE GONE TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE(PARK STREET) TO SUBMIT THAT, THEY ALSO DO THE SAME. AT LAST I HAVE GONE TO THE SHOP WHERE FROM I TOOK THE SIM, AND I SUBMITTED THE ADDRESS PROBE AGAIN, 7 DAYS AGO.
