I am a reliance smart GSM prepaid service customer. my mobile nunber is [protected], unauthorised deduction has been made from my balance without any subscription/activation from this end, when i contacted customer care, they refused to lodge my complaint and stated that subscription/activation has been made from my mobile number. the matter may please be looked into....

But the sudden change in call charges without information from Rs.0.19 to Rs.1.99 has given me the foul smell of the detoriating quality, standard and negligance to the customer. I had purchased Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Jharkhand) voucher (life time).The tariff of this vaucher [protected]@Rs.0.19.for local smart to smart. But unfortunately, the company has started to deduct Rs 1.99 per call since last fifteen days. It has resulted in to unnessary harassment and breach of contract with the local people of Jharkhand. If the company is not paying his attention it may lead to mass movement and opposition...

Cheating in the call tarriff on my life time
Call charges are deducted @ Rs. 1.99 instead of Rs.0.19 in my life time tarriff. Since 13th Nov.07 I have been charged at the above rates, may I know the region. Other wise I will act legally
