Reliance smart GSM Prepaid Service — unauthorised deduction of cash balance

I am a reliance smart GSM prepaid service customer. my mobile number is [protected], unauthorised deduction has been made from my balance without any subscription/activation from this end, when i contacted customer care, they refused to lodge my complaint and stated that subscription/activation has been made from my mobile number. the matter may please be looked into.

i am surajit samaddar i have a connection of reliance smart ,some daya back i had recharge a internet plan the plan validity was i week.& also my validity is over but they are is cut out my balance every time when i rechage my connection. 1 month ago i was recharge a power but they just denied that no power in my connection so plzzzzz do something. jadavpur kolkata.

Reliance Communication GSM mobile service — Unauthorised deduction of cash

Dear Sir,
I am a Reliance GSM Mobile customer bearing the mobile no: [protected]. On 9/12/2010 I checked my prepaid account balance . I surprised that Rs. 30/- was deducted from my account with out my permission. I contacted The Reliance customer care. But they replied that I had activated some news pack and they cannot refund the amount. But I had not activated such packs . This way I have cheated 4 th time and my valuable money is lost due to the negligence in the part of reliance communication. This is for the information and kind necessary action.

hello Sir/ Madam

I am Shibquat Ali Khan from Lucknow a user of RELIANCE GSM (PREPAID) service. I want to say that there is regularly deduction made by the company without any intimation.
today(date-19/12/2010) there is again they deduct Rs.-10/ from the balance of my phone.when i call to customer care they said to me that there is caller tune activated on this number, whether i want to say that I am not send any request for this service.
after this call they again deduct Rs.2/ and send this massage"YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT Rs.2/ FOR THE PERIOD OF 2 DAYS"
Again i am saying that i am not send any massage to activate this srevice.

so, I request to u that please take strict action against this any help me to get my money back.
