Sir,
I am suffering this for almost a year,whenever i try to connect to customer care, it speaks of a busy tone .The customer care service is terrible, the service s not reliable anymore.They unnecessary deduct the balance by activating various services and send messages like"to unsubscribe this service dial this number".so, kindly look after this problem and provide a speedy solution to it.

I have recharged my mo no [protected] by 100rs on 25.Aug.2011 and it is deducted by reliance without any inform me and subscrib a service name MY FEELING. the customer care of this company never allow my call. So plz look into the mater.
