[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Sim — misbehave and cheating by the distributor of Reliance KAHALGHAON (Bhagalpur,Bihar)

Sir,
I am Ranjan kumar working as an Engineer in NTPC super thermal power plant Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur, Bihar. I have been using Reliance Smart sim card with Ph no.- [protected].While working in plant, i lost my mobile. So in order to prevent the misuse of my phone number i wanted to get my sim card blocked, Subsequently i reported to nearest police station in NTPC area.They have registered the report .
I have submited all the necessary document along with the photo copy of registered report to the Kahalgaon Distributor (krishna telecom) on saturday(09/08/08).He charged 200 rupees and assured me that he would get the sim blocked and he would give the new sim with the same mobile no.[protected] on tuesday(12/08/08).
i approached him on wednesday(13/08/08), he simply refused that he had not received any money from me and he also refused to block the sim and he returned the whole document to me and said " you have done police report so dont need to bother about blocking of sim" .
Its hard to believe that a company of such a repute and trusted country wide for its quality of service, deputes such irresponsible and fraud distributors, Appointing such distributors may dilute the trust that customers have towards Reliance . Such distributors must be banned in the interest of the company's reputation.The event had put a question mark on Reliability and credibility of Reliance.
kindly do the Needful.I expect your healthy cooperation in this regard as soon as possible. Otherwise i would be compelled to go to the Consumer court.
