Sir, I have a reliance one temporry card since 8 months ( card no.[protected]) name of Yogesh M Raval, but still i have not received permanent card of reliance one. being a regular customer of reliance I appreciate reliance for their offers, but I have a complaint on warangal reliance super that, the offers which are given by the reliance are not benefited to the customers who visit the stores, but they are benefited to the employees or the store keepers who work in the store. They are coming to know about the offers and taking maximum number of items and leaving very least to the customers.
please consider this has a big issue.

i have applied it when reliance super stores had opened it on december 8, 2008 in guntur, andhra pradesh. At that time they told that the card will be issued in one month.
But it has bee nearly 4 months. reliabilty is being losed on reliance if this type of attitude is taken towards the customer. respond as quick as possible. my card number is [protected] thanking you.
