Reliance Super — Fleecing of customers

Dear Sir,

I wish to lodge a complaint, I am a resident of Ludhiana and my complaint is about the Reliance super store at Rishi nagar.
I wanted to buy some jute bags for a conference my institution was hosting & so decided to buy them from the Jute shop counter in your store. I bought all the seven (7) pieces available from the Reliance super at the Flamez mall, Ludhiana and paid Rs. 59 each.
As few more bags wereI needed and none were available at Store in Flamez Mall, I went to the Reliance Store at Rishi nagar, Ludhiana where I found similar bags but to my dismay it was priced Rs 89. As I selected more pieces of jute bags, I was surprised to notice that the same bags picked from the same counter were differently priced ranging from Rs. 39 to Rs. 139.When I asked the supervisor he was unable to provide any explanation for the same. I requested to meet the store manager but even he met me very hesitantly after insisting a couple of times. The store manager on duty on that day was Mr. Nitin - A.D.M and was of no help in this matter. After having wasted more than an hour and lot of confusion he agreed to give me 3 bags for Rs. 79 each.

I am bringing this to your notice as it is an unfair trade practice. I have the bills with me as proof of purchase. I request you to give me a reasonable explanation to my following queries -

1. Does your esteemed organisation consider the consumers as stupid that the same things are charged differently at 2 different stores of the same company?
2. How was the same product priced differently ranging from Rs. 39 - 139? Is it the luck of the customer as to which bags he picks up by sheer chance?
3. When the bags are tagged Rs. 139? Rs.89? Rs.79?, how did the Store Manager decide to charge Rs. 79?

I request you to provide a valid explanation? It seems that your establishment is either confused or is trying to fleece its customers.
