[Resolved]  Reliance Super — Missing Of Promotional Item On Purchase

Dear Sir,
I,Hardik Patel,Residance of Navsari,Gujarat had went to shopping in Reliace Super located in my city.I have purchased Kelloggs Corn Flakes Costing 123.50 INR.There is Promorion Offer with this pack stating on purchase of this pack you get kellogs corn flakes(Strawberry Flavour) worth 10 INR.I thought the promotional item is inside the pack so i didn't ask cashier while paying.On unpacking the item at home which more than 5 km away from the store I didn't find the promotional item inside.So i went back to the store to have a word with manager regarding the issue.As Customer point of view I ask him to have promotional item with the Real item on the self side by side.He replied we have a policy regarding promotional items that every customer has to collect the promotional item from a counter which situated as the entrance of the gate.

I have a three points to draw your kind attention at

first is what if a customer somehow forgot to take ask for promotional item doesn't it cashier's responsibility to make him/her remind to collect it... ???

secondly why one has to collect the promotional item from that counter which is far away from the shelf which might be on the any storey of the super market...???

and third manager ask me to call on the Reliance Super Local Landline No In case you forgot to ask for promotional item he will deleiver it to your home adress each and every time i forgot will it be in a compony favour....?

I Need Your Kind Attention Towards This Matter And Need Forward Path Suggetion To Take Neccessary Steps To Have Customer Satisfaction.

I Shaik NIshad Ahamed residing in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh..regularly shop at Reliance super, near KVR petrol bunk, Nellore.. past 1 year service is worst in reliance super. i take so many items from several counters..and i went to bill/cash counter, half of the items will dont have price tags and Barcodings, then the cashier take off all the items which dont have pricetags, barcodings...if we ask about that they even dont give the responce properly.they wont give the same alternate item, we are wasting half of the time every time., this is not fair for any customer, so many are suffering with this problem, so please rectify yhis problem as early as possible..
