Reliance Super — Extremely pathetic chain of stores

We purchased 7 Usha Ceiling Fans on 31st August 2010 from Reliance Super- Reliance Hypermart Ltd, Gunjan Chowki, Vapi. Of the 7fans 2 were not working. We immediately took them back for replacement but we were informed that these fans would be repaired and not replaced. Can someone explain to me why fans which were never put to use and faulty at purchase be repaired? But Reliance refuses to send them back to Usha. They insist on repairing it themselves which in other words means that I loose the Guarantee given bu Usha. What should I do in this case?

go to comsumer court with the guarantee card .no need to beg infront of these money looting vampires. With pain i am saying that i had been many hyper markets but Reliance is @#%?:>? different . see what happens to me always . I am from Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India.The cahier there in Reliance Super always ask for "change"
like coins 1, 2 and 5 and sometimes for 50 pise.( how pathetic they are shame on them, is Mukesh Ambani know all these, or he is involved in this looting).And if i dont have change to give them.They consider it as their right, not to give changes like 1, 2, or 50 pise which i legally owe after paying the full amount.
