[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — refund of deposited amount after disconnection | |
sir, I was a customer of reliance wireless phone. An amount of Rs.1000/- was deposited at the time of connection. The connection was disconnected on my request on[protected] with the promise of refund of the deposited amount within three months period. Now it is end of may 2008, but I have neither received any refund till date nor any information regarding the same. On making enquiry at the local branch of reliance communication, I get only one answer that it is under process, and contact later. I have deposited the phone instrument, charger ane battery at the time of disconnection. And I have no dues. Please look into the matter and manage for the refund. thanks. Reliance Telecom — disconnection of phone
i have 6 connection of post paid mobile of reliance. since last 2 months i have not used it falsly bill present it. now i want to disconnect it but concerning person of reliance telecome is not want to disconnect it. kindly suggest, what can i do in this matter?Reliance Communications — not refund of security after disconnection

i marked the mail to appelatte & nodal but they didn't response.. due to disconnection of my no. i am facing lots of problems.I am using airtel prepaid connection [protected] from last 3 years but
disconnected last week without information. i want my no. back immidiate. i had
visited u r showrooms but not getting satisfactory response from any one. Very

Reliance Communications — sending bills also after approved for disconnection..
we have told the customer care personels that we do not need the connection of reliance landline phone no..[protected], on 13/02/2011,request no..[protected], and today they have sent us the bill till the 1st of march... the request was to be solved in 9 days.. but till now no action has been taken...and they keep calling and irritate us to pay the bills... so how many a times we should tell them so.. elderly people at home should answer all every time they call... pls look forward into this so that consumers should not been taken for granted..... and the phone services are also disconnected from last 15days such.. my name is nitesh agarwal .. ph no.. Reliance Communications — Charging after disconnection
I disconnected my broadband connection in September 08 and paid all bills till 10th October 08. They took the equipment in September 08. They keep charging me and sending bills even after disconnection. I have bills for Nov, Dec 08 and Jan 09. I have been telling the Call Center agents that it has been disconnected but they do not listen. There is no responsible person at the company to talk to. Only contact information that is there is that of call center who does not help at all. My request to them to give me the Customer Service Manager's name and contact information is just refused by the Call Center. But they keep calling me regularly to follow-up on payments. They do not have concept of customer service and do not listen to customers. Emails sent to customer service are just not responded while the bills continued to be sent to me month after month.If anyone here could help me with the information about the person at the company who resolves such issues, it would be much appreciated.
