[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — deduction of amount from mobile currency | |||
I recently port my number from tata docomo to reliance which got activated on may this month all was going smooth for two day then their started deducting my currency amount from 150 all of a sudden it came to zero I complained it to the customer care they're told me that it will take 3 working days then I again recharged for rs 150 and the same day that also had been deducted from my main balance I have been calling customer care their put my call on hold for twenty minutes and later say that it is in solving stage from past ten days I have been getting the same answer from them I have been mentally torched for all these days I am not able to make outgoing calls today also I had called them but receives the same answer that it is in solving stage from past ten days this is what I am going through. The call center asks me to go to the reliance outlet in D Devaraj Urs road when I go their their ask me to talk to the customer care center.
