Reliance Telecom — Disconnection of aBroadband Card despite timely payment | |||
Reliance Telecom has disconnected my Broadband Card No [protected] despite payments on time. 1) Kept getting SMS es saying the payment was due, I called Customer Service and Registered a Complaint Service Request[protected] despite which nothing has been resolved. 2) My recent history of payments is as follows: These are dates of Debit to my account: 25/01/2012 Cheque number: 0646653 HDFC Bank; Amount Rs. 565 25/02/2012 Cheque number: 0685283 HDFC Bank; Amount Rs. 551 24/03/2012 Cheque number: 0710550 HDFC Bank; Amount Rs. 552 3) Beyond the telephonic request, I have gven this information to Telecallers several time when they have called 4) I have gone to Reliance Webworld at Shivaji Park 2 times.The last visit was on 20th April at 12.52 PM and met Mr. Vishambar Choudhary. The telecallers are rude, unresponsive and do not solve issues. Here is my disconnected Card with ALL payments made up todate. The last payment has been credited internally to somebody else's account and Reliance is not able to find out where. This means that their software is not even capable of finding out where they divert payments incorrectly. Need Reliance to make up this mentaltortue that they are putting me through as well as several telecals + visits to Reliance Webworld at Shivaji Park which is a waste of money and my time.
