[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom Limited — SO MUCH HARESHMENT

Dear Sir,
I have the honor to inform you that, I am a reliance prepaid customer having No.[protected] from last couple of month. We are shocked due receiving unwanted promotional calls due to that caller tune service activated without my consent / permission in last month. However, I complaint on customer care no. [protected](In Assam) of reliance they told me that by technically mistake amount Rs.30.00 will be refunded shortly. But after one month again Rs.30.00 debited from my account on[protected]. I immediately contacted on[protected] customer care Guwahati but no satisfactory reply.
My point is:
i) Why caller tune activated without permission in my account?
ii) Why harassment to me?

Now please suggest me where I can put complaint for this.
