[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom Limited — Non payment of monthly lease rent of telecom tower

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing this on behalf of my mother. We have given one of our land on lease rent to Reliance Telecom Limited to set up telecom tower. As per the agreement with Reliance Telecom Limited dated 3rd march 2007 monthly rent @ Rs. 2200/- will be paid on a monthly basis with escalation of 10% in every three year. Upto Jan 2010 we got the rental . But since february 2010 to till date we have not received any payment for this. We have not received any communication regarding this delay also. After trying several times to contact them over telephone/letter correspondence we have not able to get any information regarding this delay or approximate date for clearance this payment.

We are seeking for your guidance to resolve this issue. My contact details are given below for your kind reference.

Reliance Telecom Limited — Not received Pan card

My pan card No-BQMPS8386J, by enquiry i know that PAN card is delivered on Oct 2007.but not yet received. Please do the needful as soon as possible

Reliance Telecom Limited — recharge card is not providing the service as promised by reliance

Dear Sir/ Madum,

I have purchased a recharge card of Rs.399 from the outlet of Reliance near Rajdhani Masjid in Guwahati(Assam). According to reliance after recharging this card it should not deduct any money in local calls done to Reliance mobile. But while making local calls to reliance mobile they are charging 0.20 paise/ min.
I dont know about other states but I am quite sure that reliance is in a mood of harassing the people of North east, as already there service is very poor compared to other competitors. But at the end of reliance they will not even delay a day to remind the people about the pay by date of the bill. Infact they will start harassing the people 3 to 4 days in advance then the pay by date. But when the customer have got any complain they don't have time to listen even.
Now coming to my case I want reliance telecom to rectify my error in the recharge card or else return my money. My phone no is [protected]

RELIANCE TELECOM LIMITED — Deduction of Balance without Consumer Consent

I Arun Agarwal am having reliance number [protected]. I have few complaints.
My balance is beng deducted without any subscriptions. The company has made certain arrangements that they are deducting my balance without my consent, that too when i have not subscribed to any services. I feel by this way, the company is cheating poor consumers.
I am unable to understand as why I have been charged all these. Kindly note that I have never subscribed for any services. Whatever is being done is from company's end. No wonder reliance's revenues are soaring. I wonder whats happening to those customers who donot know how to read and write. Poor fellows. Kindly reverse all the charges as soon as possible else I will have to post my complaint on public forums, approach nodal officer and then whatever time is wasted in all these activities, i will ask for compensation for that also. Pls note that this is absolutely wrong way of increasing your revenues.
I am posting this complaint on this forum- Since I have got no resolution from company. I have made my complaint on Customer Care on 8.5.11 and as usual till date, they are not bothered at all. I wonder even If they have ever resolved even a single consumer grievance. I have even made a written complaint via email to company but that too is unattended (even after marking a cc to Nodal officer).
I have asked for reversal of all the wrongful charges and immediate stopping of all the nonsense subscriptions, which I have never made (which the company sets by default).
