Sir, M the consumer of reliance. Meine aaj 04.04.12 ko reliance customer care par cal ki, or unse puchha ki mujhe internet packs ki jankari dijiye to ohne mujhe 14rs ka 3 din ka intrnet pack 250mb btaya. Mere puchhne par customer care madam ke kaha ki aap retailr se jakar 14rs ka recharge krva lijiye 3 din ka internet pack chl jayega. Jb meine 14rs ka recharge krvaya to unhone sms service activate kr di. Fir meine dubara customer cl ki or usne puchha to unhone mujhse kaha ki 14rs ka to paper recharge hai. To meine kaha ki apko pehle btana chahie tha. Apne mujhe wrong info kyo provide ki aap ko pehle kehna chahie tha ki paper recharge krvana. Bt meine ne mujhse sirf kaha ki aap jakar retailr se 14rs ka recharge krvalo not paper Recharge. To customer ne kaha hun apki help nhi kr skte. Meri unhone apne senior se bat karvayi to unhone kaha ki hun apki help nhi kr skte. Meine kaha Ya to Right information dete? Ya mera plan change krdo sms plan se intrnt plan bcoz apki wrong information ki vjah se activation galat huyi. Ya retailr ko paise vapis krdo or meri scheme bnd kr do mein retailr se dusra recharge krva lunga. Bt unhone saaf keh diya ki hmari koyi glt ni hum apki koyi help nhi kr skte. Sorry agar hmare agent ne apko glt info provide ki.., But it is not fair sir. Pls help me. Complain regarding. 1 wrong info 2 help na krna 3 time waste of me 4 money waste of me 5 proving tension to me 6 m student 7 or ab meri cal bhai customer par lgni bnd kr di reliance ne.
