Reliance Telecommunications — Recharge not received | |||
I made an online recharge for reliance's 3G Data services via the Reliance online website on 27th October 2012 on my Reliance GSM no. [protected] for Rs. 3000 (30gb of Data for 6 months validity (receipt id is AMIR[protected] followed by a recharge of Rs.109 as talk-time on my number (receipt ID is AMIR[protected] till date, I have not got my balance of Rs. 3000 (30GB data with 6 months validity) and my recharge for the purpose of my talk-time has been drained almost instantly. I filed two complaints via reliance customer care, complaint ID[protected], and without the resolution of my problem, after two days I just receive an SMS saying that your complaint has been resolved, with me neither receiving my money or my balance for which I paid for. How such a company has received an award for the best customer service puzzles me, and regardless of whether I receive my balance for the services I paid for or not, this is my last financial transaction with this company, I have to say that I am very dissappointed in reliance for treating their consumers in this manner. looking forward to a reply and a resolution at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||

i have applied for porting my telephone number from CDMA to GSM ON 29th January 2011 and till now its not done,On 14th February they have barred my incoming facility.Reliance Telecommunications — double charging for 1 service
hello, i had activated a 26rs 1p sms service of reliance gsm. however because of the fault of the executive, my balance has been deducted twice on two occasions. despite repetitive requests, the company is not refunding my balance. kindly help!!+91-[protected]

Reliance Telecommunications — about one of their franchise who sold a defaulted set to me.
sir this vinod rawat i brought a CDMA set from Reliance Web World Express at rajender nagar office dated 22nd of nov. 2010 of bill no.2078, but he handed me an old set which i told them that this is an old set if it creates any problem i will come to you instead of going to service center after some days started giving problems then i went their and they said that its not our problem go to service center , after servicing it again after some days different problem and since then i am facing one or the other problem. But they are not responding to it. so pls do help me or suggest me what can i do.
