[Resolved]  Reliance USB Modem — Now refund of money

Dear Madam/Sir,



I purchased Reliance Net connect Broadband + USB modem through online booking from Reliance website & got home delivered from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd -Authorized Dealer (code: [protected]) for Reliance having offices in Delhi / Mumbai by paying Rs. 3500/= on cash with a promotional scheme of Goa tour.

I was sold broadband unit on commitment to activate within 48 hrs. But, regret to inform that since 30th April, 2009 to as on date i.e. 2nd June, 2009 I have received a response after 20 days that mine service will not activate due to address problem. During the time of payment they had not told me anything and whatever they required I had already given to that franchisee. Even after repeated reminder e-mail, daily phone calls to both dealer / customer care they are not taking interest to either activation o[censored]SB or full refund of money . One thing I also want to mention that I have only receipt of the application form and I don’t have the address of that franchisee of reliance as I have booked that product through internet. My MDN No. is [protected], and my customer application form no. is [protected], as I had applied for 1099 unlimited download tariff plan. Now they are not taking my calls so I’m really want to file case against them to get back my money with compensation as I have faced immense trouble due to this.


Please look into and advice accordingly to take action against reliance / dealer.
