Non issue of new modem under warranty
I had purchased reliance data modem last month but within 3 weeks it stopped working. It had 1 yr warranty. On approaching the reliance customer service, they checked n said the circuit is damaged n to collect the issue letter after a week to get a new piece from any reliance gallery. I did the same but the rude manager of the reliance gallery Thane, was not ready to accept the letter. After lots of argument with him as well as with the customer...

Now refund of money
Dear Madam/Sir,
I purchased Reliance Net connect Broadband + USB modem through online booking from Reliance website & got home delivered from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd -Authorized Dealer (code: [protected]) for Reliance having offices in Delhi / Mumbai by paying Rs. 3500/= on cash with a promotional scheme of Goa tour.
I was sold broadband unit on commitment to activate within 48 hrs. But, regret...

i vipin sharma had purchased a Reliance usb modem for internet for first two months it was free but after that with out any information they changed my plan to Rs 599 then i complained to changed my plan to 299 they told me that ur bill will be around 400 to 500 bill came around 750 Rs...but i paid...then again

Fraud
About 5 months back I had bought a Reliance USB modem in Pune, on the recommendation of a friend. My woes started from the first monthly statement onwards.
