Reliance USB Modem — bill problem | |
i vipin sharma had purchased a Reliance usb modem for internet for first two months it was free but after that with out any information they changed my plan to Rs 599 then i complained to changed my plan to 299 they told me that ur bill will be around 400 to 500 bill came around 750 Rs...but i paid...then again bill came around Rs 850 then i went to Reliance Web World for bill details & now they are not ready to give the details...i haven't used internet still bill is Rs 850 ...& People from Reliance web world told me there is server problem we cant give any details...My Contact number is [protected] call me on this number for details. The same thing is done to me.I recently purchased LXU-800 usb modem i.e., reliance usb modem.the speed is fine.But downloading is some what better.I take 300 plan .one month is completed.Now i got 580/- bill eventhough i checked my free hours.Let me to see what happen in second month's bill.Is there any option o[censored]sing this modem with any other services like airtel, bsnl etc.if we disconnect the net then our amount will come back or not.
