[Resolved]  Reliance WiMax Broadband — Connection not set up!

I have submitted my documents and also the check to the reliance executives. The documents were submitted on the 6th of this month, and i was told it would be active in 7 working days. Today is the 17th and i've been told that it will take another four days due to non availability of the hardware.
For a company like reliance, i find this quite surprising! I would like to know if there is anything to speed up the process.

Reliance WiMax Broadband — Poor Service

I Applied Reliance Wimax Connection on 2june2008 and they installed this connection at my home 7june 2008 and next day it started to work. while using this conection i found that Reliance swaped this connection details with another different city person. When i called in Coustomer care and the Concern in Delhi Miss Sushmita. She didn't seems intersted to listen me and had always Low level behavior. after i tried alot to tell them that by mistake reliance changed all infomation So that make it fine but they Terminate my connection on 19june2008.and didnt gave me another ID to use and i am not able to use this conection more still i am calling but no response i paid installation charges. Reliance Cordinate person is very bad behaviour with Coustomer.
They think we are servant but thsi time i am not leave this topic easily.

Reliance WiMax Broadband — Un responsive customer care

I got a Reliance Wimax Broadband connection (as they said) on Saturday 23rd, 2008.

I have opted for a 999 unlimited (400kbps-quoted by the great Irfan of LaptopWorld in Bangalore) plan and from the date of installation I am getting a superb speed of just 10kbps on the 400kbps connection (just imagine).

I have been calling the reliance customer care night and day to get the issue resolved but they kept on saying "sorry for the inconvenience Sir" and after much pestering they gave me three complaint numbers and today i.e., on 1st September, 2008 I came to know that all the complains were closed by the technical department after getting green signal from whereas I haven't said anything to them.

These Reliance company is a bunch of cheaters who will ask for your money at the month's end but won't provide with you any service. I doubt whether they have any potent technical department or they just function with their call center.

Please people don't go for this connection or else you have to be like me a suffering customer in the hands of some bunch of frauds. Still today I don't when I will get justice.
Since 2 months my connection was giving me trouble and I gave complaints, it used to work for some time and aagain problem. I asked to terminate, but some smart guy called Anand Sahane (Sahane) called me and requested not to terminate and he will resolve this issue. I tried but no improvment, they took advance payment for plan change and did not provide service. Now they are calling me for payment.

When I spoke about termination that smat guy was calling every day and requesting not to teminate, Now that smart guy is not taking calls also.
