[Resolved]  Reliance WiMax Broadband — Reliance company is harashing me

Hi ,
I had request reliance to terminate my internet services on 1st march but reliance is sending me bill for March month and april month when i didnt pay as i didtn use sevices. Now in sep Month 2009 they are sending me court notice it seems no law and order is here in inda , we pepole scare to go court ,police etc.
if any one can help me i will be really thankful to them.
Belwo is the Email i had send them on 3rd march.

Hi,
please treat it as a urgent issue and take an action in order to terminate the services immediatly , for this regard i have already lodge request to your support team.

Reason for service termination is the kind of service you are providing to your customer is really bad, according to my experience now i will never suggest any one to take reliance broadband connection.

since i 19 Feb i am facing problem with my Internet connection after that i am giving a call to your customer care department on daily basis twice/ thrice and every time technical team provided me a temporary solution i was asking them to provide me the permanent solution but no action has been taken, then i lodge a complain(complain no . is[protected] on 25 Feb 2009 and it was got closed without my confirmation again i lodge a complain on on 1 march (complain no.[protected] for termination of my Internet services.

please note i have not used Internet services since 25 Feb 2009 apart from this i had a bad experience with the technical team as well and mental tension also.

Request you to terminate my Internet services (id[protected] immediately.
for your information i am not going to pay any chages after 25 Feb 2009, any delay will be treated as your service fault for that i will not be libel to pay any charge.
