[Resolved] Reliance Wimax — Don't believe in Customer Care words and Technical Support. | |
i live in bangalore ejipura area, i have applied for reliance wimax connection. i got the connection on 27 july (sunday). My ID:[protected]. my plan is 150 kbps unlimited speed it worked fine the problem started on within 7 days aug 2 night, i have registered the complaintant on august 3 around 11 am, the customer care told that technical support will be calling be within one hour so i waited one hour no respone. it was 4'0 clock no call. then again called up then i told atleast make sure that they call before to 10.00 am on august 4, then CC told me definetly u will be getting before wait for they said i waited till 10.30 am. no call. they called up around 5.30 when i was there in office. and that techical support person told one troubleshooting that switch off the modem and restart the system. tht troubleshotting he given me. then i went home. followed the steps. no change still i didnt connect to internet. again i have lauched the complaitn my problem not yet solved. agn CC tld they call me before 10 am. but same they didnt call up. it was august 5 night 9.30 techical person called up and told tht my internet will work only after 12.30 am tht is on august 6. so i waited till 12.30 then i checked it worked but only for few hours. i have checked internet at 8.30 am on august 6. it didnt connect. then again launched the complaint. regard this. no call no response.. then i have decided to disconnect the connect the CC has transftered the call to dissconnected staff.. they asked y r u disconnecting it. i told the reason. he requested to wait by this evening i wll rectify the problem. but nothing has done. then i have made final request to disconnect the connection. for disconnecting also they take 15 day to process. I have simply wasted my money calling to them. every time i called them wasting my time and money i have registed more then 3 compaliants. no body visted my place to check the internet. My friends dont go for reliance wimax in bangalore. please i request you all. Was this information helpful? | |

but the customer care support is the worst i've seen.
after a month complaining them, dozens of complaint numbers, they cannot fix the problem, neither a single time the engineer visited.
