Retailmart.com — Non-receipt of order

I had ordered a couple of items from retailmart.com on 18 Oct 2011, and they have not yet been delivered. There is no information on shipping, mails go unanswered, and the call center number published keeps on ringing. While the amount paid is not very high, the least I would expect is that the company either refunds the amount of confirms the date of delivery.

2) Name & address of consignee: Sweta Gupta, Bangalore (My apologies, but I am a little wary of sharing my mailing address. I verified that the shopping site does have the correct mailing address)
3) Order number: 00054271, Product details: Khadi Gift Hamper, Khadi Apricot Oil, Khadi Reetha Sat, cost is 467/-

I had ordered a mosquito machine from retailmart.com on 21 Oct 2011, and they have not yet been delivered. There is no information on shipping, mails go unanswered.
