It is very sorry to state that some companies like RETAILMART.com are doing FRAUD business in supplying defective products in the name of online shopping. I had purchased one LOTTO SLIPPERs costing Rs.450 from them thru ORDER no.00064994. which was delivered on 27thof June 2012 and it got broken after only 3 days i.e. on 30th of June 2012. I made a complaint on their customer care e-mail which was never replied. I tried their customer care on phone on which the executive said that there is no proof whether it is broken itself or I have made unneccessary pressure on it. It is really rediculous to have such an answer. A branded footwear or not even a local one shows defect in a mere time of 3 days.
I would request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to kindly look into the matter and punish such FRAUD companies who are in a business of such online shopping. Was this information helpful? |
